١. من نحن
تُشغَّل الخدمة بواسطة أحمد وهبة، تاجر فرد مقيم في
جمهورية أيرلندا، ويعمل باسم «النصّ التاني / El Nos El Tany».

٢. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ سنة على الأقل. نرفض إنشاء الحساب أو توثيقه لأي شخص يشير تاريخ ميلاده أو وثيقته إلى أنه دون ١٨.
يجب أن تستخدم الخدمة بنية جادة للزواج. الاستخدام للتعارف العابر أو لأي غرض غير الزواج ممنوع.
يجب أن تستخدم هويتك الحقيقية. الحسابات بأسماء مزيفة أو صور معدَّلة أو انتحال شخصية تُغلق.
يجب أن تكون أهلًا قانونًا لإبرام عقد ملزم في بلد إقامتك، وألا يكون قد سبق إيقافك نهائيًا من الخدمة.
٣. توثيق الهوية
كل مزايا الترشيح والتواصل تتطلب توثيق الهوية أولًا. بموافقتك الصريحة،
تقدم صورتي وثيقة هوية حكومية (الوجه والظهر) وفيديو سيلفي قصيرًا،
ويراجعها فريق بشري — عادةً خلال ٢٤ ساعة. نحتفظ
بوسائط التوثيق لمدة ٣٠ يومًا بعد قرار القبول أو الرفض ثم نحذفها
نهائيًا، ويبقى سجل القرار (بدون وسائط) بالحد الأدنى. التفاصيل في
سياسة الخصوصية.
٤. قواعد الحساب والاستخدام
حساب واحد لكل شخص. الحسابات المتعددة تُكتشف وتُغلق.
ملف صادق. تزييف العمر أو الحالة الاجتماعية أو النية أو أي حقيقة جوهرية سبب لإغلاق الحساب.
احترام متبادل. ممنوع التحرش أو التهديد أو الإكراه أو خطاب الكراهية أو أي محتوى جنسي.
ممنوع الطلبات المالية. طلب أموال أو تحويلات أو بيانات مالية من الأعضاء سبب لإغلاق فوري.
حماية فترة التعارف الأولى. في بداية أي محادثة يحجب التطبيق تلقائيًا أرقام الهواتف والروابط وحسابات التواصل، لحماية الطرفين من الانكشاف المبكر.
ممنوع الاستخدام التجاري. لا إعلانات ولا تسويق ولا تجنيد ولا عروض مدفوعة من أي نوع.
ممنوع الجمع الآلي للبيانات. لا وصول برمجيًا ولا استخراج بيانات أو صور الأعضاء.
الخدمة حاليًا مجانية بالكامل للجميع خلال فترة التجربة
(البيتا) — لا اشتراكات ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق اليوم.
قد نضيف مستقبلًا مزايا اختيارية مدفوعة للرجال تخص سعة الاستخدام
الإضافية (مثل عدد ترشيحات يومية أكبر أو فلاتر بحث إضافية). إذا حدث
ذلك:
سنعلن عنه داخل التطبيق قبل تفعيله؛
ستظهر الأسعار ومدة الاشتراك وشروط التجديد والإلغاء بوضوح في متجر التطبيقات قبل أي دفع؛
سيظل الترشيح الأساسي والمحادثات المقبولة متاحة دون مقابل؛
لن تكون أي ميزة أمان أو خصوصية مدفوعة أبدًا.
٦. البلاغات والإشراف
نشرف على الخدمة لحماية أعضائها وطابعها الجاد. يمكن لأي عضو الإبلاغ عن
سلوك مخالف من الملف الشخصي أو من داخل المحادثة. نراجع البلاغات وقد
نطبق، بحسب الجسامة: تنبيهًا، أو إزالة محتوى، أو تقييد مزايا، أو
إيقافًا مؤقتًا، أو إغلاقًا نهائيًا للحساب. البلاغات المتعلقة بسلامة
الأطفال أو بخطر وشيك تُعالج بأولوية عاجلة
(انظر معايير حماية الأطفال).
نحاول إيضاح أسباب قرارات الإشراف، إلا حين يمنع ذلك تحقيق جارٍ.
نتعاون مع جهات إنفاذ القانون عند ورود طلبات قانونية صحيحة وبما يتفق
مع القانون الواجب التطبيق.
٧. المحتوى الخاص بك
تحتفظ بملكية ما تنشره في الخدمة (نصوص ملفك وصورك ورسائلك). وبنشره،
تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري وبلا مقابل لاستضافته وعرضه ومعالجته بالقدر
اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة والإشراف عليها والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.
ينتهي هذا الترخيص بحذفك المحتوى أو حسابك، باستثناء الرسائل التي
استلمها الطرف الآخر بالفعل. ولا يجوز لك نسخ أو إعادة نشر ملفات أو صور
أو رسائل الأعضاء الآخرين.
٨. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
مهم. الخدمة تساعد الناس على التعارف بغرض الزواج،
لكنها لا تضمن التوافق ولا الزواج ولا أن أي عضو هو فعلًا من يدّعي.
توثيق الهوية يقلل الانتحال لكنه لا يمنعه تمامًا. أنت المسؤول عن
قراراتك فيمن تقابله أو تشاركه معلوماتك. اقرأ نصائح
مركز الأمان.
إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يجيزه القانون، تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون
ضمانات من أي نوع، ولسنا مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية،
ولا عن سلوك الأعضاء داخل الخدمة أو خارجها. يقتصر إجمالي مسؤوليتنا عن
أي مطالبة مباشرة على المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا (إن وُجدت) خلال الاثني
عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة. ولا يستبعد أي بند هنا مسؤوليةً لا يجوز
استبعادها بموجب القانون الواجب التطبيق.
٩. إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق؛ الحذف نهائي وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
يجوز لنا إيقاف حسابك أو إغلاقه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، مع إخطارك حيثما أمكن.
عند الإنهاء تسري مدد الاحتفاظ الواردة في سياسة الخصوصية.
١٠. تعديل الخدمة وهذه الشروط
قد نعدّل مزايا الخدمة أو نوقفها. لكل نسخة من هذه الشروط رقم إصدار
وتاريخ في أعلى الصفحة. عند أي تغيير جوهري سنخطرك مسبقًا داخل التطبيق،
وسنطلب موافقتك على النسخة الأحدث قبل متابعة الاستخدام. إذا لم توافق،
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين أيرلندا، وتنظر محاكم أيرلندا أي نزاع ينشأ
عنها — وذلك دون المساس بأي حماية إلزامية للمستهلك يقررها قانون بلد
إقامتك ولا يجوز الاتفاق على خلافها. قبل اللجوء للقضاء، راسلنا أولًا
على [email protected]؛
فمعظم الخلافات تُحل بالتواصل المباشر.

Welcome to El Nos El Tany. These Terms govern your use of the
service. By creating an account you agree to them in full, together
with our Privacy Policy and
Community Guidelines. If you
do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by Ahmed Wahba, an
individual sole trader resident in the Republic of Ireland, trading
as El Nos El Tany. Contact:

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. We refuse account creation or verification for anyone whose declared date of birth or document indicates they are under 18.
You must use the service with the genuine intention of seeking marriage. Casual dating or any non-matrimonial use is prohibited.
You must use your real identity. Accounts using fake names, manipulated photos, or impersonation are closed.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your country of residence, and not previously permanently banned from the service.
3. Identity verification
All matching and communication features require identity verification
first. With your explicit consent, you submit photos of a
government-issued ID document (front and back) and a short selfie
video, which a human team reviews — usually within 24
hours. We retain verification media for 30 days after the
approval or rejection decision and then permanently delete it,
keeping only a minimal decision record with no media. Details are in
the Privacy Policy.
4. Account and conduct rules
One account per person. Multiple accounts are detected and closed.
Honest profile. Misrepresenting your age, marital status, intent, or any material fact is grounds for account closure.
Mutual respect. No harassment, threats, coercion, hate speech, or sexual content of any kind.
No financial requests. Asking members for money, transfers, or financial details leads to immediate closure.
Early-trust protection. At the start of any conversation the app automatically masks phone numbers, links, and social handles, protecting both people from premature exposure.
No commercial use. No advertising, marketing, recruiting, or paid offers of any kind.
No automated data collection. No programmatic access and no extraction of members’ data or photos.
The service is currently completely free for everyone during
the beta — there are no subscriptions and no in-app
purchases today.
In the future we may introduce optional paid convenience features for
men relating to additional usage capacity (such as more daily
candidate suggestions or extra search filters). If we do:
we will announce it in the app before it takes effect;
prices, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown clearly in the app store before any payment;
core matching and accepted conversations will remain available at no charge;
no safety or privacy feature will ever require payment.
6. Reports and moderation
We moderate the service to protect its members and its serious,
marriage-focused character. Any member can report misconduct from a
profile or from inside a conversation. We review reports and may
apply, depending on severity: a warning, content removal, feature
restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
Reports involving child safety or imminent danger are handled with
urgent priority (see our
child safety standards). We aim to
give clear reasons for moderation decisions, except where doing so
would compromise an ongoing investigation.
We cooperate with law enforcement upon valid legal requests and
consistent with applicable law.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post to the service (your profile
text, photos, and messages). By posting it, you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process it
as needed to operate and moderate the service and to comply with
legal obligations. The licence ends when you delete the content or
your account, except for messages the other person has already
received. You may not copy or republish other members’ profiles,
photos, or messages.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Important. The service helps people meet for the
purpose of marriage, but it does not guarantee compatibility,
marriage, or that any member is who they claim to be. Identity
verification reduces impersonation but cannot eliminate it. You are
responsible for your own decisions about whom to meet or share
information with. Read the advice in our
Safety Center.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided
“as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for
indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of members
inside or outside the service. Our total aggregate liability for any
direct claim is limited to the amounts you have paid us (if any) in
the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes
liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; deletion is permanent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where practical.
On termination, the retention periods in the Privacy Policy apply.
10. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features. Every version of these Terms
carries a version identifier and date at the top of the page. For any
material change we will notify you in advance in the app and ask you
to accept the newer version before continuing to use the service. If
you do not accept, you can delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of
Ireland will hear any dispute arising from them — without prejudice
to any mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of your
country of residence that cannot be contracted away. Before going to

first; most disagreements are resolved by direct conversation.
